This week will be exploring the art movement known as De Stijl, which is Dutch for ‘the style’. We will be taking inspiration from Dutch painter and leader of the De Stijl movement Piet Mondrian and creating our very own De Stijl art piece using acrylic paint on canvas. Don’t worry if you haven’t used acrylic before, this will be a nice introduction to the medium!
